I do that quite a bit. I had a piece recently that was a side table that was a hammy down that was passed down from generations and my client didn't know what to do with it. It had a lot of beautiful bone. So we decided to go ahead and sanded, painted, polish it up and put a piece of glass on it. And now it's a favored in table in our home. So

with a vengeance everyone is doing you can reimagine a piece many times over. I personally I have a piece that belonged to my mom too. That is a sideboard and she purchased it probably back in the 50s. And I have it and it was mahogany as well and I just bleached it. I bleached it I painted it. I changed the hardware on it to go to make it more modern and hip. And then I placed a piece of marble on the top and now it's in my living
